It is situated on the 1st and 2nd floor of a Tavira townhouse-once entering the flat you will access a well-equipped kitchen, living room and a bathroom adjacent to the kitchen. Leading off the kitchen there is an outdoor staircase leading up the the private roof terrace where the lounge area and the bedrooms are situated one with bathroom. The roof terrace features a plunge pool, sun chairs, sofa area under the pergola with incredible views of Tavira

Tavira is a lovely and charming old Portuguese town. Set on either side of the meandering Rio Gilao. You can get lost in the history and the sights.
The ruins of a hilltop castle, an old Roman bridge and a smattering of Gothic and Renaissance churches are among its historic attractions.
Not to forget an enticing assortment of resturants.
Also close to supermarket Pingo Dose.
If golf is your thing, Benamore is 7 min away and Quinta da Ria/Cima is 12 min away by car.
And for all wine lovers, the sky is the limit, please ask me and I will tell you some nice place to go for tasting.
Wake up and walk the street, enjoy a coffe and a pastel de nate, take the ferry over to Tavira Island... soak up the sun.

To explore the surroundings, hiring a bike is perfect. Renting a car, or using an Uber/taxi is a great way to go. It will allow you to access many remote beaches and traditional villages that have little or no public transport options.
Local train will get you to all the main citys from Vila Real de Santo António VRSA to Lagos. You can bring the bike on the train.
Spannish boarder with the town of Ayamonte is only 30km away, remember you will lose one hour when you cross the boarder.
If you come by car the parking is free on most streets. If you not find a free spot the fee is affordable.
